Eligible unworn, standard-size boots may be returned or exchanged within 60 days. Try them on indoors on a clean surface and keep the original packaging. I bought the Viking Leather boots and they are amazing. They are beautifully made with premium quality leather. They are a great fit, although the leather will take a few wears to soften, but that can be true of any new footwear. Communication with the maker was excellent throughout the whole process.
